Description
Produced in Xinghua Village, Shanxi Province, brown-label Fenjiu is a representative of Qingxiang-style (light aroma) baijiu. It is known for its pure aroma, mellow sweetness, clean and smooth taste, and lingering finish. Continuing the traditional “Daqu Qingxiang” craft of Fenjiu, it is made using ground-pit fermentation, steam-distillation, and segmented liquor extraction, resulting in a crystal-clear and refreshing liquor body.
The brown bottle exudes a sense of steadiness and earthiness, symbolizing the Confucian virtue of “bearing great responsibility with modesty” (“厚德载物”). Representing the beauty of balance and harmony, it reflects the Confucian ideal of being gentle yet powerful, mirroring both the rich character of the liquor and the integrity of the person who enjoys it.
